I am an expert in working life development, professional learning, coaching, and work counselling. I facilitate organisations, managers, teams, and workplace communities in building more effective collaboration, strengthening learning, and developing a shared culture of working.

My areas of expertise include workplace and organisational development, team coaching, group processes, facilitation, and leveraging diversity in the workplace. In my work, I combine a strong research-based perspective with practical experience as a manager, coach, supervisor, organisational developer, entrepreneur, and trainer.
