Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the Shopify online store operated by Professional Publishing Finland Oy ("online store", "we", "us") at www.propublishing.fi. By using the online store or placing an order, you accept these terms and conditions.

2. Scope of Application

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through the online store. Consumer transactions are subject to the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. For business customers, these terms and conditions and the Finnish Sale of Goods Act apply.

3. Products and Prices

Product prices are stated in euros (EUR) and include value-added tax (VAT), unless otherwise stated. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices and our product range.

4. Ordering

An order is placed when the customer has accepted the order at checkout and received an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse an order for a justified reason, such as incorrect pricing information.

5. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods: online bank payments, card payments, mobile payment methods and, by separate agreement, invoicing.

Payment services are provided by a third party in accordance with its own terms and conditions.

6. Delivery

We deliver orders to the address or collection point specified by the customer, unless otherwise stated. Delivery is carried out by a third party. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Digital products are delivered with DRM protection through a third-party application (Flickrocket). The customer will receive instructions by email on how to download the digital product.

The delivery time within Finland is 1–7 days. Delivery times for international orders vary by country.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Please refer to the Refund Policy.

8. Disputes

Any disputes will primarily be resolved through negotiation. If no solution can be reached, consumers may refer the matter to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (Kuluttajariitalautakunta) at www.kuluttajariita.fi.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages unless otherwise required by mandatory legislation. Our liability is limited to a maximum amount equal to the value of the order.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All content of the online store, including texts, images and logos, is the property of Professional Publishing Finland Oy or its partners. Unauthorized use of the content is prohibited.

11. Personal Data

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is available in the online store.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions are governed by Finnish law. Consumers have the right to refer disputes to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (Kuluttajariitalautakunta). Before doing so, we ask consumers to contact our customer service.

13. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions. Amendments will enter into force when they have been published in the online store.
