I believe that people and teams often have more potential than the demands and pace of everyday work allow to emerge. In my work, I help create space for that potential – to pause, deepen awareness, understand ourselves and our patterns of behaviour more fully, and discover new possibilities amid change and uncertainty.
I work with leaders, managers, professionals, teams, and organisations as a coach, trainer, facilitator, and development partner.
My areas of expertise include team coaching and team leadership, coaching-based leadership and ways of working, building coaching cultures, facilitation, and supporting organisational change and large-scale development initiatives. I also train coaches, trainers, and facilitators.
