Annastiina Mäki, PhD, Lic.Ed., is an organizational developer and leadership researcher. She works at Psycon as a Senior Consultant, coaching executives and organizations particularly in the development of leadership culture and practices. Annastiina acts as an executive coach and leads leadership teams and development programs for both private companies and public organizations. She has broad experience in leadership roles within expert and service organizations.

Her specific research and development interests include leading inclusiveness, the impact of leadership discourse, leadership of expert work, practices of responsible and facilitative leadership, and leadership in complex work environments. Annastiina holds a Doctor of Philosophy and a Licentiate of Education, having completed her doctorate on the development of leadership culture. She continues to conduct research and publishes books, articles, and blogs on these topics.
