Minna Hautio, M.A., works as a Lecturer at Humak University of Applied Sciences. There, she teaches methods of research-based development and innovation and supervises theses. In her work, she is particularly interested in applying creative methods to problem-solving and idea generation.

Previously, she worked for many years as a museum pedagogue, developing audience engagement in museums. Promoting inclusion, accessibility, sustainable development, and equality are key goals that strongly guide her work.
