KTM, LJK Mika Kamensky has extensive experience in developing the competence of both companies and leaders. Through his company, Kamensky Consulting, which has operated for 40 years, he has consulted hundreds of companies, thousands of leaders, and tens of thousands of people. He has served as a board member and chairman in the Association of Training Managers, the Finnish Management Consultants, and the Finnish Strategic Management Society, where he is one of the founding members and honorary members.

Mika has published 15 professional books on management, the best-known bestsellers being the strategy books “Strategic Management” and “The Diamond of Success.” In his latest work, he has applied proven lessons of strategy, leadership, and competence development to the leadership and development of one’s own life.
