Harri Palviainen is experienced leader, board member, and author with close to 30 years of leadership experience across the private and public sectors. He has held CEO and senior management roles in listed companies, SMEs, academia, and city-owned organisations, including international roles leading operations in Europe, MEA, APAC, and the Americas.

Harri is passionate about empowering, authentic leadership, drawing on hands-on experience and research. He is known as a purpose-driven leader and coach who combines strategic thinking with strong execution and a human-centred approach. Music has long inspired his leadership, connecting emotion, ethics, and reason through a rock attitude grounded in authenticity and shared human energy.

His career includes leadership positions at companies such as Comptel (acquired by Nokia) and Sanoma Group. Today, he serves as CEO of an urban property company within the City of Helsinki Group, managing a €1.3 billion real estate portfolio that provides homes for 12,000 people. He has also served on boards of companies, foundations, a chamber of commerce, and a venture fund.
