Professional Publishing Finland's (PPF) latest contribution to non-fiction has just seen the light of day. The first work in the new PPF PRO INSIGHTS series has been published. Congratulations to Anneli Valpola for the honorable first place as the series initiator.
This is the beginning of an interesting journey with concise, factual publications. The PPF PRO INSIGHTS series publications are created to meet the challenges of the digital age: they are quick to read, yet full of condensed, weighty information. These works correspond in scope to 30–70 print book pages, but they are available as e-books independent of time and place.
The first publication in the series is Anneli Valpola's inspiring work ASK TELL LISTEN. Anneli is a long-standing experienced expert. Her fresh publication tells how dialogue experts succeed in the transformation of working life and get things done with people. ASK TELL LISTEN is a practical guide that offers insights and concrete advice to anyone who wants to improve their interaction skills. The book discusses the power of questions, the effectiveness of messages, and the importance of listening: how questions can open new perspectives, how to crystallize and strengthen a message, and how to listen genuinely and comprehensively.

The PPF PRO INSIGHTS series is an excellent platform for leaders, experts, and researchers who want to share the key messages of their expertise in a concise format – without having to write a thick non-fiction book.
